Truly unique handmade eastern walnut box with ebonized ash lid and bottom. The bottom of this box is lined with beautiful blue leather sustainably sourced from local offcuts that would otherwise be waste. The grain of this box is particularly beautiful, featuring some purples and greens with great sapwood coloration toward the bottom.
This box makes a wonderful gift. It can store a variety of items and would even make a good gun box. The possibilities are endless.

This box is part of my Norse Myth box series. It’s made from Ash which, according to myth, is the material that Odin carved the first person from. This box depicts the wolf Fenrir swallowing the sun and moon at Ragnarok.

I’ll work with you to create a custom illustration in my style or a variation thereof. From there we can talk about making stickers, prints, shirts, or even boxes. Pricing is based on the complexity of the project and includes 2 revisions, after which we’ll have to renegotiate pricing.

We’ll design a custom box together. We’ll select materials, size, style, shape, and finishes. We can also work together to create custom art for the top if you desire. Each piece will be unique and hand crafted by me. We’ll discuss lead time on and individual basis.

Based on our consultation, I’ll design and make you a custom piece of handmade hardwood furniture. We’ll discuss, among other things, style, materials, finishes, hardware, and dimensions.
